This personalized service is designed to bring your vision to life by offering expert guidance on conceptualizing your space and selecting the perfect colour palette. Following an in-home design consultation, I will create a design concept based on your requirements which will include a mood board, colour scheme, 2D floor plan, furniture layout plan, 3D perspectives, and suggested furniture and decor list.

What you get:

1. Concept/ Mood Boards: These are visual representations of the design concept that communicates the intended look and feel of the space and includes inspiration images, color palette, furniture, and decor ideas.
2. Colour scheme: Based on the mood of the space and your preferences, I will propose two or three colour schemes that you can choose from before we proceed to choosing the materials and finishes.
3. Furniture Layout Plan and Perspectives: Based on your requirements, I will create a space plan with furniture layout specification and provide 3D perspective views to help you visualize your space (this package does not include any constrution or technical drawings).
4. Material and Furniture Specifications: This will include specifications for materials, paints and wall finish (if applicable), fabrics, finishes, furniture, art, and decor to be used in the space. You can use this while shopping for your space.
