Design Consultation

This 90-minute in-home working session is where every project begins — whether you're renovating a kitchen, reimagining a full home, refreshing a single room, or anything in between.

Before we meet, you'll complete a brief intake questionnaire so our time together is focused and productive. During the consultation we'll walk through your space, discuss your goals, identify what's working and what isn't, and map out a clear direction for your project.

What we cover:

1. Your life and your goals — how you use your home, what's frustrating you, and what you want to feel when the project is done.
2. Design direction — style, colour, material approach, and how the spaces connect and flow.
3. On-site evaluation — layout, architecture, constraints, and opportunities.
4. Budget and priorities — where to focus your investment for maximum impact.
5. Process overview — how we work together from here, what's included, and what to expect.
6. Open Q&A — ask anything about scope, timeline, or next steps

Within 5 business days you'll receive:

• A written summary of our discussion.
• A detailed Statement of Work with scope, deliverables, and fees.
• Clear next steps to begin the design phase if you choose to proceed.
